Another Grownup is a one-time App Store purchase for parents and caregivers. These terms explain the straightforward deal behind using the app and this website.

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Another Grownup iPhone app, visit anothergrownup.com, or contact us for support. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The app is intended for adults, including parents and caregivers. It is available only through Apple's App Store.

One purchase. No subscription.

Another Grownup is offered as a one-time paid download. There is no recurring subscription fee. The price shown by Apple at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase, including any region-specific pricing or taxes Apple displays.

Apple processes the payment and provides the receipt. App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund under Apple's rules and applicable law. Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process.

Your purchase covers the app version you buy and any updates we choose to make available for it. It does not promise that separate future products or services will be included.

Your App Store license

The app is licensed, not sold. Your download is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. That license generally lets you use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, including through Family Sharing where Apple makes it available.

These Terms supplement Apple's rules. If they conflict, Apple's rules or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law control.

Use good grownup judgment

Another Grownup offers playful tools for everyday routines, transitions, choices, and breaks. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, safety, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for adult supervision or professional care.

You are responsible for deciding whether a timer, prompt, forecast, wheel, or other tool is appropriate for your situation. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical timing or emergency decisions.

Acceptable use

You may use the app and website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse them, interfere with their operation, infringe another person's rights, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Privacy and your device

The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. App choices may be stored locally on your device, and notifications are handled by your device. The website uses analytics only if you allow it. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices.

Availability, updates, and support

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website. Updates may require a compatible version of iOS. Apple manages App Store download and redownload availability, and we cannot guarantee that every device or operating-system version will remain supported.

Ownership

Another Grownup, its design, text, artwork, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every family or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms if the app, website, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date above. Changes apply from that date and do not reduce rights you already have under applicable law.
